Que mierda es el MP3  ?
MP3 o MPEG3, como en realidad se llama, es una nueva 
tecnología que comprime sonidos, este formato de audio digital
es el mejor que existe por el momento para usuarios 
comunes. Comprime una fila WAV de 10 a 12 veces, lo que
quiere decir, que si la música de un CD común, que normalmente
toma un espacio de 40-50mb, en este  formato
solo tomaría 4-5 mb o menos, manteniendo la misma
calidad de sonido digital. Es por ello que se a
echo tan popular. Para escuchar los MP3´s solo necesitas el
winamp  que lejos es el mejor player que circula.....

¿Es legal tener MP3?

La Ley de Estados Unidos, dice que es legal: tener tus propios Mp3
y considera como ilegal el intercambiarlos.
En la Argentina no hay ley que se refiera al tema . Hasta ahora.....

¿Qué son los skins?

Son archivos cuya función es personalizar el aspecto externo de tu winamp,
logrando convertir la apariencia mucho más original y no tan clásica.
Más sabiendo que sobre gustos no hay nada escritos,
y a cada uno le gusta personalizar todo a su gusto, o no?

¿Como puedo grabar Mis  Propios  MP3s?

Necesitaras 3 programas. uno para copiar la canción del CD al disco duro(llamados Ripper´s),
otro para comprimirlo(Llamados Encoders) y el 3º para oírlo(llamados Player´s).
Te recomiendo, que tengas en tu disco duro al menos 60 megas para que se copie la canción. Los pasos son:

1.-Necesitas copiar la canción que quieres hacer Mp3 a tu disco duro, esto se puede hacer de 2 formas. La primera, es que, con tu tarjeta de sonido, tengas un programa con el cual grabar un sonido. Grabes toda la canción a tu disco duro con la mejor calidad que se pueda. como un .wav La segunda forma es ver aquí una lista de estos programas( que copian la canción del CD-rom al disco duro). 

2.-Después de tener la canción grabada, debes de tener un programa que comprima el archivo que bajaste de el CD, para que lo comprima en formato .mp3 Podes ver una lista de estos programas aquí.  Con el programa lo único que tendrás que hacer es seleccionar la canción que bajaste del CD de una lista que el programa proporciona de los archivos de audio que tengas en tu máquina y solo decirle que la comprima. 

3.-Bajar el winamp para poder escuchar los mp3 que se hayan creado.
